Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pengembangan organisasi dan modal sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Demak. Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh pengembangan organisasi dan modal sosial terhadap kinerja  pegawai KPP Pratama Demak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai KPP Pratama Demak. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai KPP Pratama Demak yang berjumlah 75 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pengembangan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Demak. Modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Demak. Resistance to change tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh pengembangan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Demak. Resistance to change tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Demak.
