Sistem Komunikasi Pemerintah dan Kompleksitas Penjualan Kambing Peranakan Ettawa (PE) di Purworejo

Abstrak

Farmers sold Ettawa Crossbred (EC) goat when their children register in to school. Farmers sold best quality of EC goat to other regencies and abroad. The aim of the study is to know how government communication system produce and reproduce the information to solve complexity of EC goat’s selling in Purworejo regency.The theory of the study is communication system in perspective of Niklas Luhmann.The study was used explorative case study method.Population of the study was in Purworejo regency.The results of study shown that government communication system was produced information to solve EC goat’s selling.But those information hasn’t solved EC goat’s selling. There are feedback from the environment for government communication system. But government communication system hasn’t selected information from environment to reproduce next information.
