Kompatibilitas Regulasi Akad dan Implementasinya pada Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia; Kasus Bank Muamalat

Abstract

This Article examines the concept of Islamic agreement in Islamic banking on its regulation and implementation. The product of Bank Muamalat is the example for analyzed. Eventually, how compatible were the ideas and concepts of Islamic Agreement with Islamic Banking in Indonesia is one important question to be answered. I argue that Islamic Banking in Indonesia still has many problems for applying tightly the regulation of Islamic agreement in the basic of act (UUD) and the fatwa of Sharia National Council (DSN).
