Abstract

The National exam is a tool to measure the achievement of national competence. But with different pressures and paradigms in receiving information based on the past experience that the Nasional exam is determinant of graduation rates which makes students and teachers are encouraged to do a lot of activities that are not expected aslike cheat answers, utilizing smart students to help friends who can not answer the many exam questions, eventhough selling an answer key. Based on that problems appeared various arguments of filing moratorium because it is ineffective. But the government responded to the plan by rejecting the proposed moratorium because the purpose of the government held a national exam to measure the achievement of students’ cognitive competence to determine, improve and enhance the quality of education in indonesia. Meaning the quality not only on the quality and fasilities but also in customer satisfaction in service. Therefore that National exam was decided to go ahead. It’s just that the government should be more concentration on the review with more concederation of the evaluation system, aspects of morality, religious and psychological aspects of student so that the realization system can be done well.
