Pembentukan Karakter Siswa melalui Pengabdian di Yayasan Muhammad Yaqub Jombang

Abstract

Generating graduate with character is Yayasan Muhammad Ya’qub Jombang’s hope. One of the efforts to reach that is PENGABDIAN or volunteering program for Students in MTs, MA al - Urwatul Wutsqo, and SMA Primaganda. This study aimed to determine implementation review, the results, the support factors and  obstacles factors and solutions for solve it. The results from this research expected as a evaluation and information for foundation and then can be a consideration. This study is a field research with interview, observation and documentation for data collection and analyzing with the reduction, presentation, conclusions and verification. As for the validity of test data is done with triangulated tecnhique and resources. The result from this study, there are two kinds of Volunteering Program, Regular Program for 1nd and 2nd grade, and special Program for 3rd grade. There are supporting factors for this program such as study hours at 09:00 am to 15:00 pm, complete the learning curriculum implementation, supporting system from schools, the GPL (Field Supervisor). Constraint: The miss understanding from the schools supervisor, parents because away from teachers, and students sometimes feel outside from supervision and sometimes can make a oversight and offense.
