PRINCIPLES OF ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT PLANNING FROM THE AL-QURAN PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

As for the principles of Islamic education management planning are the basic considerations in the preparation of Islamic education planning. Therefore, when an educational institution want s to remain competitive, it must consider planning. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Islamic Education Management Planning Principles are Actualized Based on Verses in the Qur'an at Mts Al-Amiriyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The approach to this study uses a qualitative approach while the research design is a case study. The research location was chosen at Mts Al-Amiriyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis uses qualitative analysis through 3 paths, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 (two) Principles of Islamic Education Management Planning Based on Verses in the Qur'an, namely: General Principles and Technical Principles.
