MUADALAH EDUCATION UNIT RELIGIOUS CULTURE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out how the process of forming religious culture and forms of religious activity in the Darussalam Blokagung Unit Mulain Wustho (SPM). This research is a qualitative type research. Data collection techniques used in this study are using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the process of forming a religious culture is also closely related to the management or management of the school. It is proven that the Wustho Blokagung Education Unit (SPM) plans a religious culture through 2 aspects; (1) Planning for Religious Culture through the School's vision and mission, (2) Planning for Religious Culture through the Curriculum. The forms of religious activity that exist in the Wustho Blokagung Education Unit (SPM) include; (1) Handshake Culture (Mushafahah), (2) Greeting Culture, (3) Istigosah Reading Culture Before KBM begins, (4) Culture reading prayers before and after learning, (5) Culture of wearing caps, (6) Culture of wearing sarongs.
