Fenomena pelepasan hijab oleh sejumlah muslimah figur publik di Indonesia menjadi isu yang kompleks, tidak hanya dalam aspek sosial dan religius, tetapi juga psikologis dan eksistensial. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis krisis makna hidup yang dialami oleh para figur publik muslimah setelah melepas hijab, menggunakan pendekatan psikospiritual dalam bingkai konseling sufistik. Melalui metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dan analisis konten terhadap pernyataan publik dari tokoh-tokoh seperti Camillia Laetitia Azzahra (Zara), Salmafina Sunan, Putri Anne, dan Alyssa Spischak, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gejala seperti kehampaan batin, pencarian jati diri, tekanan sosial, dan disonansi identitas kerap muncul dalam narasi mereka. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan adanya kondisi yang selaras dengan konsep "success collapse" dalam psikologi eksistensial, yaitu keruntuhan makna pasca-ketenaran. Konseling sufistik dipandang relevan sebagai pendekatan yang mampu mengintegrasikan kebutuhan spiritual, krisis eksistensial, dan kebutuhan pembinaan jiwa secara mendalam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan literasi konseling berbasis tasawuf untuk merespons dinamika spiritual kaum muslimah modern, khususnya yang hidup dalam sorotan publik.
