Although halal certification is a mandatory requirement for all food products circulating in Indonesia, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in this village do not understand the importance of halal certification and have not taken care of it. In fact, halal certification not only guarantees the halalness of the product, but can also increase consumer confidence and open up wider market opportunities. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed to increase awareness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises about the importance of halal certification. Through the community service program, it is hoped that it can provide socialization and assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so that they are motivated to take care of the halal certification of their products. Finally, at the end of the service, ten halal certificates were successfully issued for Business Actors who are partners of Sekolah Kopi Raisa. Thus, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Rejoagung Village can develop further and make a greater contribution to the village economy.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Moehammad Fathorrazihttps://ejournal.iaida.ac.id/index.php/loyal/article/view/3975Jaringan Sosial dan Pemberdayaan Komunitas Difabel Kabupaten Cirebon Desa Durajaya2025-06-14T09:51:58+07:00Aditia Saputra[email protected]Musahwi[email protected]Nurlaili Khikmawati[email protected]
People with disabilities still face various structural and systemic barriers in gaining equal access to economic and social services. In Cirebon Regency, the disabled community has begun developing social networks as an empowerment strategy, one of which is through the formation of Joint Business Groups. This study aims to examine how social networks are formed, managed, and utilized by the disabled community in an effort to achieve economic independence and social inclusion. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation within the disabled community in Durajaya Village, Cirebon Regency. The analysis was conducted thematically with reference to Putnam's social capital theory, which includes elements of trust, norms, and social networks as the foundation for bonding and bridging social capital. The results show that social networks play a crucial role in enhancing solidarity, opening access to resources, and encouraging constructive social transformation. However, limited marketing and external support remain major challenges. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration, capacity building, and inclusive policies are crucial factors in strengthening the sustainable empowerment of the disabled community.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Adititahttps://ejournal.iaida.ac.id/index.php/loyal/article/view/4216Pemberdayaan Ibu-Ibu PKK Desa Parit Baru Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Lilin Aromaterapi Berbasis Limbah Minyak Jelantah 2025-08-05T13:48:21+07:00Albertus Arjuna Langgeng Xavier[email protected]Anwar Azazi [email protected]Novi Krisentia Aprilliani[email protected]Tengku Savira Nafisah[email protected]Amanda Putri Kristiani[email protected]
Used cooking oil is a common type of household waste that is often disposed of carelessly and can harm the environment. The program was conducted as part of the Community Service (KKN) of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The methods applied include observation, structured interviews, and direct mentoring to MSMEs, particularly in introducing QRIS as a digital payment system. The socialization activities emphasized the importance of digital financial literacy, practical training on QRIS usage, and awareness of consumer protection through the PEKA (Peduli, Kenali, Adukan) program. The findings revealed that prior to the program, only 13.3% of MSMEs had used QRIS, while after the intervention, 50% expressed interest and began registering for QRIS. Furthermore, participants demonstrated increased understanding of QRIS functions, technical skills in digital transactions, and more positive attitudes toward cashless payments. Although challenges remained, such as limited access to digital devices and weak internet connectivity, the program successfully promoted behavioral changes and provided new insights into digital finance. The results indicate that socialization through KKN is effective in improving financial literacy and encouraging digital transformation for MSMEs in rural communities.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Cici El Dirrah Syafitri Simanungkalit, Divia Inge Salsabila, Irfan Aqil Ramadhan, Nur Wafiq Azizah, Rifky Bas Praptama Sembiring, Bagus Ramadihttps://ejournal.iaida.ac.id/index.php/loyal/article/view/4267Optimalisasi Potensi Ikan Nila Lokal Melalui Inovasi Bakso Sebagai Strategi Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Berbasis Perikanan Di Kelurahan Pulau Pedalaman2025-08-29T19:53:31+07:00Laeli Putri[email protected]Wenny Pebrianti[email protected]Adelia Fitriani[email protected]Muharani[email protected]Suci Wulandari[email protected]Ririn Aryanti[email protected]
The training program on processing tilapia into fish meatballs and its variation (pentol mercon) in Pulau Pedalaman Village, Mempawah Regency, was a collaboration between the KKM-PKM team of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tanjungpura, and the official village program entitled Youth Empowerment in Developing Fisheries Innovation. TPQ teachers (Ustadz and Ustadzah) also demonstrated enhanced competence in selecting and integrating educational media into the learning process. However, at MA Raudlatul Ulum Sumberanyar, GC services have not been implemented systematically and tend to be replaced by punitive approaches for students who violate school rules. This condition indicates the need to strengthen responsive services through structured mentoring so that the school can establish a GC program foundation that is well-organized and aligned with students’ developmental needs. This mentoring-based study employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, direct mentoring, and documentation techniques. The mentoring focused on three forms of responsive services: individual counseling, group counseling, and classical guidance accompanied by social skills training based on collaborative activities. The mentoring activities were conducted to identify students’ main problems and to provide initial interventions relevant to the school context. The results of the mentoring revealed three key findings: (1) low student learning motivation, (2) weak discipline and compliance with school regulations, and (3) the absence of a competent guidance and counseling teacher capable of professionally addressing students’ developmental needs. The mentoring process had a positive impact by increasing students’ understanding of GC services, generating alternative solutions to issues of motivation and discipline, and producing recommendations for the provision of more effective GC services. In conclusion, mentoring the GC program within responsive services at MA Raudlatul Ulum has provided an important foundation for the development of more structured counseling services. The school needs to take follow-up steps by strengthening GC policies and preparing qualified counselors so that responsive services can be implemented sustainably.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Bambang Subahri, Hayatul Mala, Didik Sugianto, Halimatus Sa`diyah, Shodri MHD Nur
