Abstract

The focus of this research is on what is the gestalt therapy process using the empty chair technique using mirror media for students who are victims of bullying at the Putri Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Blokagung? In answering these problems, this research uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews and observation, while data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of research conducted by researchers were that clients were calmer, no longer anxious due to mental downturns, and no longer felt inferior every time they wanted to leave the room. The application of Gestalt Therapy with the Empty Chair Technique Using Mirror Media is used to gain awareness of what the client is experiencing and then the client is responsible for what they feel, think and do. For this reason, this therapy prioritizes the situation here and now (here and now).
