This research examines the Arabic language learning curriculum at state Islamic religious universities (PTKIN). This research uses qualitative descriptive technique procedures, namely research using qualitative data and then described to be able to produce a clear, precise and detailed picture. As for the data analysis technique in this study, it is qualitative data analysis using the concept of Miles and Hubernas. Arabic language education must later be based on philosophical and semantic establishments in relation to the nature, character and ideas of learning Arabic, both as expertise and as a language of science. With the Arabic language learning curriculum at PTKIN, it is hoped that it will make it easier for teachers to deliver Arabic learning easily and can be reached at any time, especially in improving the teaching and learning process.
