Abstract

This study examines the transformation of organizational culture in the development of human resources in Islamic education. The transformation of organizational culture that includes Islamic values and work ethics is considered important to create a work environment that is conducive to the professional and personal development of educators and students. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that structured and relevant training and workshop programs, mentoring and coaching programs, as well as spiritual and religious activities have a significant impact on improving teachers' professional competence and job satisfaction. The study found that training and workshops that focus on Islamic-based teaching methodologies and educational technology improve teacher competence, while mentoring and coaching provide ongoing support in professional development and leadership. In addition, spiritual and religious activities increase job satisfaction and teachers' commitment to Islamic values. In conclusion, the integration of these three approaches forms a solid foundation for the transformation of organizational culture in Islamic education, improving teachers' competence and job satisfaction. This study provides practical recommendations for human resource development strategies in Islamic educational institutions, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach in improving the quality of Islamic education in the modern era..
