Education is not only related to aspects of technology and curriculum, but also with empowering and respecting educators who are the key to success. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a literature research approach. This literature research includes exploration, analysis and synthesis of relevant literature to understand the impact of educational transformation in the industrial era 4.0, especially the role of teachers and school quality. Sources of information used include books, journal articles, conferences, and related educational documents. The research results show that educational innovation, especially the integration of technology and the development of a 21st century skills-based curriculum, is the key to improving the quality and relevance of education. Teachers, as agents of change, have an important role in initiating innovation and leading educational transformation. Collaboration between teachers, parents and the community is also considered an important factor in creating a supportive educational environment. Forward-thinking strategies for teachers, which involve developing creativity, skills and the use of technology, are considered important steps in bringing positive change in the world of education. Performance evaluation and monitoring, by establishing indicators of transformation success, becomes a crucial element in measuring the impact and effectiveness of change. In conclusion, educational transformation in the industrial era 4.0 requires the role of teachers not only as transmitters of information, but also as leaders and innovators in the learning process. Support and recognition of teacher welfare, development of creativity and skills, as well as comprehensive performance evaluation are the keys to maintaining teacher intellect and school quality. Educational transformation is not just about technology, but also about empowering educators to create a generation that is ready to face the future.
