This research aims to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. Library research methods include collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify main findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this research show that visionary leadership in transformative Islamic education emphasizes the creation of a long-term vision that is inspiring, motivating and inspiring. Visionary leaders lead with innovation, adaptation, and human resource development for a better future. Visionary leaders prioritize investment in facilities and technology for quality education. Creating policies that support improving the quality of education. Create policies to improve academic and non-academic achievement, with students excelling in both areas. Emphasizes the importance of developing students' morals and character. Continuous evaluation and improvement are also important components of visionary leadership.
